Some facts: Applied physicist and photonic systems developer with 8+ years in integrated optics, sensing, and telecom. Since 2019 at Skoltech, I’ve led PIC-based R&D across communications, quantum, and space tracks—most recently a PIC-based interrogator for FBG sensing and components for high-speed transceivers. I co-founded Fiber Pipe (CEO/CTO), built an industry–academia pipeline from PIC design to packaging and field testing, and secured multiple competitive grants and accelerator wins. My IP portfolio includes several granted Russian patents (e.g., FBG interrogation methods, QKD device).
