Apply for being a mentor by the form:
• define type of Mentorship program(long or short)
• number of mentees you're ready to take
• comfortable communication channel

• Attend the meeting with other mentors
• Participate in the workshop 'How to be a good mentor'
Skoltech Alumni Relations Team will propose mentee candidates and you can choose a person to work with, according to their request and your own interests.
Reach out your mentee:
• define type of program (short or long one)
• define time and platform for a meeting
• set up goals together and discuss steps to achieve it
After meeting(s) with your mentee(s) share feedback with Skoltech Alumni Relations Team on work with the student.

First, you need to define your request for the mentor that you would like to discuss.
Check the mentors' base, read mentors' info and choose 2-3 desirable mentors for yourself.

Fill the form where:
• define the type of mentoring program(long or short) you need
• describe your case
• fill out desirable mentors for yourself
Wait for a message from Skoltech Alumni Relations Team. You will get a name of your mentor and contacts.
• Write to your mentor to set up a meeting as soon as possible.
• Meet your mentor and ask all the questions you have on the career planning.
• Share feedback with Skoltech Alumni Relations Team
