What do you believe people need to think about when job hunting?

Second, you need to pay attention to the company's background – especially financial health and continuous development. You need to be sure that you will get the competitive base salary and make the best investment in your future.

And last but not least, you should also pay attention to the opportunities for professional growth or making an impact. Usually international companies are good platforms for career development. Moreover, they offer the opportunity to engage in interesting tasks, international projects and innovations – so every employee has the opportunity to change the world.

How are things with hiring right with 2020's realities?
Talent search and cultivation in Russia have always been one of Huawei RRI's top priorities. During the pandemic, we not only have been continuing our work remotely, but also managed to adapt the majority of educational and career events to the new format.
